Can I create a hyperlink to another site from a "Hotspot"?

You'll need to insert your image first, then you click on the image, and draw the shape you want to use for your "hotspot". Basically, you want to make an image map. I think there's some decent information in the DW help file on that.

Yessirree you can do that by putting the absolute adress in the link box in the properties inspector of you map.
