Ok,

I am a hacker with a few designs under my belt. I just put up a splash page for a client, however I would like that image to resize all the way oout to the monitor borders for any user that visites the URL.

How do I do this?

I know it's probaly web design 101, but I skipped class that day. :-)

Thanks!

You could try setting the image width to 100% but you may get various results with different browers.

the other way is to make a Flash image and stretch that to 100%

Also keep in mind that the image probably won't look so good once it's strecthed out.

Are you looking for a repeating backround image kind of thing? If that's the case you can just use a little css:

body {background-image:url("path-to-your-image") repeat}

That would use a small image that will repeat over and over to fill up the background.

No I am not looking to tile. I'd like the splash page resize to any browser it is opened up in.

I remeber a tutorial a long time ago which allowed this.

I jst cant remember how it was done.

I found this page for you on creating a Liquid Image. Looks like all you really need to do though is set the image width to 100%.
