Hi there, just to clarify, do you mean that you would like a way to publish articles, pictures etc that are submitted by members online?
if this is the case, you can always use a cms like joomla, content management system, as I am sure you probably know already 
anyhow, there are modules you can install, it allows members to submit ariticles and such, you would get a notification in your email, you would go to your admin, and either allow or reget the submission. If its approved, then you allow it to be published with the push of a button

You could get an aritcle submission app installed and hook it up to your site, though it would be seperate from what is there now. |
