for the dhtml cursor links.

I have two .swf videos on my webpage. I published them in the "broadband format, even though I have a 56k connection. They took forever to load on my side, but I was expecting that. When I went to a friends house who had a cable connection. one wouldn't load and the othertook long aswell to load.

I don't understand how this could happen?

Both swf's loaded right up for me, I'm on a broadband connection.

the swf loads faster than the header for me

Took 18 seconds for the page to finish loading on a 2mb connection, the flash started playing at the same time.

Your header graphic took a while to load - it's file size is a huge 217k - I would suggest trying to prune this down to below 50k, this will make a huge difference in the time it take sthe flash to play.

Can you add only one JavaScript to your page?

When I place the coding immediately after the <body> tag. It cancels out the previous one, and only the latest insert plays
