I need help setting up a forum ( on a completly different topic ).

I think im going to go with vbulliten.

Do you know of any good hosts?
How do i change the view?

There's a forum on vbulletin's own community forum where you can browse to find a good host.

What in particular do you want your host to give / provide you ?

Hosting a vb forum is not a big deal.

Ive gathered information about hosts, ive got that sorted but do i operate with vbuliten and how can i control the layout?
