So far I've been thinking that I'm only going to have the On/Off Air indicators on the main page. But the other day I thought maybe it would be a good idea to have it in the menu. So I made it so that it shows the green one when I'm on the air, a greyscale version when the station is on and I'm not, and a red one when no one is.

Forgetting about the rest of my site and even the look of the buttons themselves except for size, should I stick with just having them at the top of the home page like I had before or should I have it in the menu like I'm thinking now? Or maybe both?

I think having one button that's very prominent so it's obvious what your on-air status is will be fine. I would put it on every page though since you don't know what page people will first visit on your site. The button should ideally be in the same place on every page too so if you have it at the end of the menu like it is now that should work.

With that in mind, having it at the end of the menu would probably be the best place. Thanks for the reply. If anyone else has a thought don't hesitate to let me hear it.
