This doesn't have to do with particulars or coding...however, it's something I thought of coming up with, and was wondering what you, as web design connesiurs (sp) thought about it.
I live in a retirement area , in Florida....there is this retirement community I thought about creating a site for (with a content management system, classifieds, forums, etc)
And charging them a small fee to access this site per member for use of all services.
This would be more of a "Intra-net" that's on the internet.
Tough they kind of have their own forum/community/news...it's a sub directory of a free provider...and kind of a 1990's format. The use this provider

There's no real organization or creation of forum topics...just post anything , and it won't be under a topic, and go
