Can anyone tell me how to add a border to my web page in dreamweaver

I start a new page
change background
insert a table - change the background to white for that then want to put a border but how do I do that

in code view

change the <body> tag to
<body style="border:2px solid #000000; ">
it will add a 2px solid border of black color

Hi If I do that it gets a border on the outside of the page but I want it just around the white area.

then I found this code

<table width="930" border="2" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">


and I put in 2 for border but then it gets more border on the left hand side I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
