Recently I've found that my blog is a waste of time, as I typically post up to 3 paragraphs 3-4 times a week. The blog itself is on design (art, architecture, etc...). My website has a section that offers the same idea (updated once a week) with only a small amount of text. If I were to quit blogging, is there any way I could enable comments on my website so that people could leave feedback? I want something to seamlessly integrate into what's already there, and would prefer if the comments could pop-up in a new window. Any ideas?

It can be done with a ton of different programming languages. Ruby on Rails would probably be the easiest to setup if you are framiler.

Otherwise php, cgi, etc all could do this effect. Or you could look for some sort of freeware news posting script that allows comments.
