I would like to know if anyone knows of a free script that would function something like this site.

The site showcases local resturants, nightlife, etc.

Moral of the story, it's time to learn how to program.

I applaud you for never using any code other than what you have written. That gives me an idea, I have this very large box in my back yard that I need moved but I cannot budge it, maybe I should reinvent something that would aid me in the process of moving this thing.

Sure no problem... You need a download script? Lots of those. You need a forum? Lots of those. But trying to find such a unique script (for free), is going to be impossible. That's when you need to write your own / buy one.
