Not at all, because I do NOT design for IE from the start. I always design for FF (and other more standards-compliant browsers) FIRST, then, when it's great in FF, I go back and beat IE into submission
Save yourself the headaches, work in FF or Opera to start with, then go back and deal with IE's bad behavior.

Ok.. but the point is to NOT compare what works in IE with what works in FF because most of the time IE is doing it WRONG. FF has few bugs, IE is loaded with them.
