Brief to my website:
I'm going to sell product and is quite type of product i have... so

1. Since i new, with software is the best to use to make a good webpage?
2. I planning to put product list so the customer just can enter how much unit/s they want per item and just click 'tick' to item they want or something like that.
3. Of course, online transaction, how do i make it?
4. Customer can email to me if wanna know detail about product, how do i make it?
5. How do i make an auto replying email to customer?
5. Others things that i should know, should put on my website to make my website success.

I think, IMHO, that's a tough job for beginner.

You must learn HTML and CSS, and for that kind of tasks that You want, there must be some server side scripting (PHP or ASP) with database (MSSQL or MySQL).

I totally agree with Moondog! thats a big project for anyone, especially a beginner.
To make life easier for yourself you could have a look at osCommerce which is an open source e-commerce solution.

osCommerce is good choice, but you can also try CRE Loaded 6 - CRE Loaded Store. CRE Loaded Based on osCommerce but with more features.
Lots of template designs and plugins are available to make your project easier.
