You have to explicitly define your border colour to make it look the same in all browser:
<td style="border: 1px solid #(colour here in RGB form)">
Otherwise, browsers just guess. Usually FF guesses wrong, especially on bad code like yours has ( http://validator.w3.org).
For the other issue, you're going to have to link specific pages...I can't seem to duplicate the error.
But this isn't your bigger issue. Your bigger issue is your concept. The "pixel purchase" craze of buying square/rectangular blocks of a page on a website is one that is getting really old really fast, and is a fad that is destined to fade away as time goes on. You may sell 1 or 2 ads, but it won't make any serious money for you, especially in this state.
In order to sell ad space, you need something unique to sell it in, something with real content, something users will want to use. This isn't it.
