I am looking to build a new website but i have little to no website building skills. So i am looking for quotes from web designers to get my site build and running. I dont want to spend a ton as this is basically a start up site for me to put a few hours a week into. I have a good idea of what im looking for so if interested please post here or PM me and i can pass along what i am looking for and get a price quote.

just use free CMS like joomla etc ...

some web hosts offer free web builders for beginners.
i think they make your task easy
also you may get free layouts online and use for your site.
for them you dont need to spend much money.
try a search if you like
