Hey, this is still a few weeks down the road, but I am starting a print magazine. It is already in development. It is going to be 3$ a issue. It will include articles, tutorials, featured webmaster software, site reviews, user feedback help, and much much more. The site for it is not launched just yet, it is in development. If you are going to be charging people to read it then you will have 1/3 of the subscribers. This will make the adspace worthless if you only have 10 subscribers.
