I created a new website due to my frusteration with spammers. Most conversation I hear is people talking about how to fortify their site, Blog, wiki, and forum against these people. Our site aims to take a more agressive offensive stance and reduce peoples and companies desire to spam. I need ideas on how to acomplish this. I have already had a few that might prove usefull but I want to discuss as many avenues as possible.

I am also interested in making a program. I am sure it could be done pretty simply in something like PHP but my skills are not yet advanced enough to take this on.
Basically I want a page that people can enter the urls of the sites spammers post links to on their forums and blogs and such then take these URls and order them from the most commonly submitted to the least commonly submitted then display the most commonly submitted sites on my site.
Eventually it might even be nice if it automatically looked up the urls info through something like whois.net and displayed all available info along with the url but this is for another time and also depends on difficulty and legality.
I am hoping someone might be interested in volunteering to make or help make this script as well as possibly other projects. I can't offer much at the moment other than links and praise but you would be helping a good cause.

I also need any possible input from people.

I think alot of .commers would love the idea and nature of your idea. I took a look at your site, and I think it needs to be more professional looking.
Your market I am sure is open, but I didnt have a reason to stay on you site very long. "content is lacking"- spend some time gather more content.

I'm a little confused. Are you saying you want to display all the spam links on your website? i.e. the links that can provide you with "Free Viagra for up to 15 hours!" (or something similar...). Surely that won't stop spam? that wilkl just be advertising for the spammers? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

As far as the design and submitting sytem goes, the design, like Freelance said, needs to be more pro. The PHP is simple, just create a mySQL database with a table named "Submissions" or something, then create a webform where the user can enter his/her name and other details of their submission. Do a quick error check in PHP then send the info to the database.

Ordering the list is even easier, using a simple SQL command:
ORDER BY column_name DESC (or ASC depending on what you wanna do!)

I agree the site needs a lot of work. This is a side project of mine and I will work on it as much as I can. I could have waited untill I had something more professional before I started showing it but I need all the input I can get as far as the design and direction of the site goes. I have found some more resources which do similar work so one of my first steps will be to make them available on my site and then talk to them and see how we can work together.

This is an idea that I need to research further to see if it would be a good option but the basic idea is that this system would list the urls in order from most commonly submitted to least then would display the most commonly submitted basck to the public. I hope to have enough people interested in my site at some point to make an impact on these things so in theory it would go something like this.
If getallyourpharmiesnow.com comes up first on the list with 987 submissions it will be at the top of the list. Now we look up the company and find all the contact info and display that on our site. Hopefully hundreds of pissed off webbies will feel inspired to email, mail, call or whatever method of contact their may be and overwhelm their systems. If the contact info is bogus We would contact the site host and ask them to remove the fradulent site. If they refused I might be inclined to post the host's contact info on our site so people can easilly contact them and ask for it to be removed.
Of course one of the main things I need to do is reasearch my liability on this end I can't afford to get sued or have some spam mafia after me.

The forum is up and is working great for me. One person was having trouble with the visual verication but I couldn't find any problem.

I would love to see any ideas for the look, feel and layout. I haven't had any great ideas for the look yet.

Well you first need to get a professional design for your website, it looks terrible.
