Hi, not sure if this is the right section but im looking for someone with good web design skills to re design my whole home page. everything from colours,logo,design etc... i need it to be able to work in all browsers, and screen resoloution, and up to w3 standards. im paying $200 via paypal if anyone could help.

just a heads up thoe... the site is on a 'online web builder' so i cant have any dynamic menus. eg/ if you move the mouse over a tab it drops down a menu. (wont work) everything else is fine thoe.
im looking at changing the domain name aswell, still deciding on which one, will post here once ive decided.
