I know how to script a text only chat room, I'd like to know how to incorporate flash for people with webcams and microphones. Can anyone help me out? I've seen places like http://www.usperplane.com and the like. They also use macromedi/adobe flash. I would like to know how it's done.

better, yet, if anyone has a script I could disect or reverse engineer, that would be cool, too.

Please let me know.
