I am a newbie to web design with a few small sites and basic HTML skills.
I am wanting to build a site with free membership for local musicians to upload mp3s and manage there own pages.
What type of PHP or pearl script would work for me ?
Where do the files get stored on my webhost server ?
I have a couple web host packages selected, just need the right software.
I have been to hot scripts.com
I have also seen several membership management softwares online, (they are very expensive)
