hey gang!

i need your help!

I really need to learn css, but i need to learn it yesterday.

Is there a place that can help people like me?

I have a site created, www.faithandglorycollective.com/main.html that i want to do with css.

I know enough that i can make changes when it's done, but setting it up is where i have a hard time. Oh, i can do the text stuff.

any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I have other sites i want to do this way as well.

thanks!

If you can ever get a copy of a well commented style sheet it will really help you understand what is going on. Then you can tweak a few things to see the effect.

From there doing a basic one is possible.

I found each of these sites helpful
http://tizag.com/
http://www.glish.com/css/

The first is a tutorial site and the second one has some examples you can borrow.

Adam and Ladynred are the the real CSS experts around here.

I looked at your link in FF and IE and it looked about the same in both. I viewd at 1024x768 so the center seemed a tad small compared to the background (the blue).

Not real sure what you were doing with the big image on the right. The text area need some padding as the text is cramped on the left and maybe a slightly larger or bolder font. I found it just a bit hard to read.

i was trying to figure the padding thing out, and then once i saw you type it, i got it!

I'm going to fine tune it a little more and see what I can do.

thanks again for your help!
