Hello everyone,

not being a designer I thought I should better ask for help. I'm planning to open a counselling center in Croatia and I'll have to fight many prejudice... people still think psychotherapy is reserved for sick crazy people... and it is too good to be saved just for them

I know the visual identity is just one part of it, but i'd like to build a positive, cheerful, promissing, yet serious image.

Any ideas?

You've already got your basics:
"positive, cheerful, promissing, yet serious image"

Use a color scheme that is professional and maybe soothing.
Make the layout pleasing, easy to navigate, and full of useful, positive content.
Use stock photos of smiling, happy, people from whatever walks of life you choose to direct your practice to.
