I'm not quite sure how to describe what it is that I am looking for. There are quite a few sites that allow visitors to take information from one part of a site and transfer it to another where they can either save images or text. usually the function is for registered users with personal pages or accounts. Examples of this includes shopping sites where you can add an item to a personal wish list or personal lookbook. Is this a script? or software? How can I create this? I can provide examples of sites if needed?

You have to have session variables (ie. cookies) for that type of function. Some sites may be using a database for this type of functionality, and you most certainly will need some sort of scripting.
