Hi, I am new to web design thing. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how do you create a website like VnuNet.com? What I like about this website is that it got everything like review, news, blogs, forum, download, shopping, etc. Do you need to add a script of news, blogs, forum, downloads and all these? Or is it borne built-in? Thanks in advance everbody.

All of those features won't come pre-built in anything that I'm aware of. Scripting and probably database backend would be necessary.

The site is most likely custom built. Of course it's fully possible to do a similar job using premade scripting and database such as php/mysql but if you're just starting out you'll have a lot to learn and a long way to go!
