I have made this design awhile ago, but I never thought of sellling it, or making some kind of money.
So can anyone please tell me if this design worth anything, or give some thoughts or opinions.

It's worth what someone will pay for it.

I'd pay $0.00 just because of the spelling error ("Sponsors") and because I don't like the faux aqua-type-let's-make-it-resemble-MACs-because-they're-pretty-or-so-we-all-think look.

I saw that same exact monitor used on a site from a deviantart template.... I wouldn't suggest selling that if the work isn't 100% yours.

so it's not allowed to use pictures of monitors, or some computers?
we all need some sort of pictures to put in the template
where is the best place to get a nice pc or hosting computer?

There are tons of places for free or low-cost ($1each) stockart. There is a sticky in these forums just for stockart and graphics.
