Hello, am looking for a php/mysql coder to construct me a anime resoure website, it will be full with anime serie's free for users to download from this location.
For this website to share costs I woud also like to have a premium system, so a normal user to register on the site and is able to download and the same registery shoud be for the forum so they wont have to register 2x.
And for the premium users a higher title on the forum and site, and are able to acces +18 anime serie's of the website and more serie's
It woud also have some sort of upload system on the admin function of the website. I woud also like to have 2 ranks in it. People that can upload and delete movies and the admins who have general all acces to it.
Same with this a layout that fits the anime resource style, Also I woud be good If I coud limit the download speed on the link for a normal user to 50kbps max and unlimited towards premium users. If thats posible.
And any other things that might be brocht to the table. I yust bocht 6 months hosting with 250gig space and 2.1 terabyte bandwith so i hope thats enof.
My budget isent wide since am using paypal and I can only pay what I earn online. Also this coder coud have a second admin function on the site and -hosting fee's we share the money togheter. And all give money for the site itself ofcourse.
Now you might sounds well this is a lot of work, but have you even tried to google anime sites with there VOTE FOR US VOTE FOR US then you can enter and then all the links to movies are dead. and to much advertising spam. Well I dont want that I want adds good inserted in the website and that vote for us crap well i dont need it I know how to reach my people on a better way.
