Hello guys!
I have seen on some website that they have a traveling menu bar which is always located at the top of your screen or something like that. Is this hard to do. I just want the buttons on my website to be at the top left no matter how far down the page you have scrolled.

simplest way to do that is with frames but frames are not very good and highly outdated you should not use these except under a few circumstances. There is a way to do it with CSS which I'll assume you have an understanding of already you can check out the article here This should cover exactly what you're looking for enjoy!

You could do it w/o frames and use javascript to have the menu 'follow' down the page too, though CSS is a better solution.
