If I look at my site using www.newidentitytheft.com I can see the usual template but by using newidentitytheft.com I just get an index of the directory structure.

Also, the image "identity theft" (top left hand corner) is not the actual image that is on my server. Is there a reason?

Should be no relationship to anything having to do with Google. Your hosting provider has to put the URL w/o the www into the site's host headers.
