Hello everyone,
I finally think I am going to "give -up" on trying to find a fairly well established website business for sale and perhaps have one made, I had the good fortune of finding one site last year (wolfsurfer.com) but just cannot seem to find something that "fits" what I am looking for so I just might try to get one built for me. My reasoning for buying a "already established site" is that I will be indexed, and have page rank, and links, and traffic, or course a new site will take months to get listed, linked and rolling, the benefit however is a can get a new site "made" for less and then just have to ppc and find other avenues to advertise.
So, if someone here has any ideas who is reputable in site design, and perhaps seo all in one, I would love to hear from you. I am not looking for cookie cutter designs but someone that will be honest, and produce the best site and help me get it going for a fair price
