because the css isn`t optimized for both ff and IE. And i bet it looks bad in IE7 aswell

Sorry, but IE7 just crashes on me so I can't view anything in it. All I can see is how it looks in Firefox, which is why I asked specifically what was off. It's hard to tell without the comparison.

It is best to design in something like firefox or opera, and then fix it in internet explorer. For some reason it seems a lot harder the other way round. It makes sense though, to build to the standards and then hack for the wack... (ie. IE - I hate internet explorer as it makes life difficult for everybody)

the only difference i see is that the firetruck lights flash in ie, and not in FF for me.

that could just be a setting on my side though.
