Hi, i've been looking to make boxes with rounded edges (perhaps a navigation bar, or text box...etc) - although every explanation I find involves drawing, editing sqaures, colouring...etc and it's totally gone over my head.

Does anyone know an easy way of doing it in Paint or Adobe Photoshop 2, please?

Adobe 6 has that feature. It is called the rounded rectangle tool.

Never having used an earlier version I don't know if I could explain the old way, hard way in a fashion you could understand.

Thank you. I think this version was on my PC when I got it, so maybe I need to upgrade to Adobe 6.

If it doesn't take up hours of your time, we could give it a go, although there is no rush. Do it when ever you get 5.

6 is a cheap upgrade if you shop around. The latest version is like 9 or 10 now called CS3.

After I last posted. I had a beer, opened PS and gave it a go.

If you only need a blank I will make it for you before I figure out how to do it.

I can make you a jpg any size and color with rounded corners and you can add the text.

If you have a look at www.airtalentonline.com, I needed to make a rectangle for the bit above & below the navigation bar at the top.
