I was wondering where, if, how I can create a multiple search engine feature for my website. The style I am after is like www.voice123.com - here you search for a voice by age, sex, language....etc and everytime the number of people decreases.

No, unfortunately not. I think it's a case of having to pay for it to be made to suit specific requirements.
