I would also like to add one to the list: Using excessive amounts of "eye-candy". Flash elements etc can be nice, but when I come across a site with flash menus bounching here and there, endles animations etc. it drives me crazy. Unless I really really have to use that site I search the info I was looking for from another site.

Agree with both of you regarding flash / animation sites -- drive me up the wall.
