One of my client is looking for very low cost flash web design site, also he is looking for lots of flash effects. I m v.confused.
Please tell me some way outs.

I'm not entirely sure what you're wanting to know. Are you looking for idea to tell your client why they shouldn't go with Flash? Or are you looking for help creating a low cost Flash site?

You probably won't find a low cost Flash site, especially very low cost. Flash designers generally don't work cheap. Flash also still has many barriers to being crawled by search spiders so if your client does want an all Flash site let them know they can expect to spend a lot of money promoting the site of they want people to see it.
