What WYSIWYG editor you use is entirely your own preference. BUT, if you are just starting to learn web design, I suggest you lose the WYSIWYG editor. New designers who don't understand how to write proper HTML create VERY sloppy pages.
Another thing to remember, the editor is only as good as the person using it. Get a firm knowledge of coding HTML and CSS by hand using notepad FIRST. You'll be a better designer in the long run.
