Hi there,
I'm a newbie at using a template. I have made my websites in past with Netscape Composer, so my knowledge of HTMl is limited. I have been working on a template and had it looking great in Netscape composer and when I uploaded it to my site, it looks great in Netscape Browser, but Internet Explorer is messing it up. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how do I make the template compatible with both broswers? In internet explorer it moves my Website name at the top and divides it into lines, but in Netscape it is on one line the way it is supposed to be. Also in internet it makes the info in the right column move way down on the page and the column on the left is short, but in Netscape it looks the way it is supposed to. If you take a look at it in both browers you can see the difference. The way it looks in Netscape is the way I want it to look.
Heres the page if anyone would like to take a look.

Thanks so much.

Your problem is with Netscape Composer. I get the same problems with the HTML editor in Mozilla. It does funny stuff to your HTML that never renders properly in IE. In short: avoid using Composer. Try running it through Dreamweaver and see if DW can help you clean it up.

Cynthia, have you already made changes to the site? I viewed it using IE6+ and I don't see the problems that you listed. It looks fine.

I also looked in Opera and Mozilla. The site appeared okay. The only difference that I saw in the three was the length of the left sidebar.
