I will want to start another article directory same as kokkada.com. I will decide to duplicate all kokkada.com files (including articles) to new site. All formats, design, first registered members and first 9000 articles of new site same as kokkada.com. Next accept articles differently from two website.

Yes, you'll probably get banned by the search engines for massively duplicate content. You may even get sued by kokkada. Have fun!
