Hello

I would like my site visitors to be able to add themselves to a mailing list or newsletter type service.

Can anyone recommend me a good one, preferably one without and advertising and that is free?

It would probably be under 100 people on it.
I would like it to be opt in with some kind of confirmation email sent once users have added themselves to it.

Thanks.

edit: I'm going to go with phplist unless anyone has any objections?
