I need help on Dreamweaver for.......

I want my Adsense skyscraper placed on the TOP LEFT, and my article placed on the Right on these.... But the article gets Forced down..
(Plz See picture below)

I am just using a Basic webpage, to put my content on.
What am i doing wrong? How would i solve this ?

Your layout is suffering from float drop.
Add up the total widths of your 2 boxes, then add in the padding and margin. If the total is wider than the container they are in or the width of the viewport, then you will get float drop.
