I would like to build a site consisting of a main page and a contact us page..
I would also like the users to log in before they are able to download what i have uploaded ( i will upload a single pdf file )..
The design of the site will be simple..
Could you tell me how much will it cost??
Could you possibly point me to a direction of a company which offers low cost solutions??

Thanks in advance

And his rates is ?

For that simply page, it's better to do it by Yourself.

others in the contest thread will probably hate me saying, but why don't you have a mooch at http://www.templatemonster.com/. These templates are good enough for what you're asking and can cost only $60 (£35 proper money)

yes ! they are a little expensive, but not there is the problem
the problem is if u wish originality-exclusivity for a page

there u have 2 prices (this is reference prices):
1 low cost = 30-100$, with no exclusivity;
1 hight cost = 80-8000$ with exclusivity;
### the big problem is : all templates is already allover the World

It is still expensive, and spreaded all around the world.

Rather visit OSWD (Open Source Web Design) and find layout for Your purposes.

A simple page and contact form if you supply any images should not cost very much.

The scripting portion of the site for your download portion can cost a little or a lot depending on how you want it to work.
Do you want them to be able to purchase live?
Instant download?
Digital product or hard goods?

With more information, I or others can help you better.

Eww templates are soo unoriginal, when you see a site you can seperate a template created site and a site professionally hand-coded.

Please, refrain from using some garbage sites.

Near nothing. a 2 page website would be very cheap so long as you don't go out and buy a super expensive template. let your Webdesigner make his own designs and it'll be under 100$.

I would think the cost would be far below $100, and hosing fees would be minimal. For a simple job like that it might even be worth doing a little reading up and just do it yourself rather than paying someone else... then you don't have to rely on other to make changes or updates. Just my two cents.

I think the rough figure is 1200 dollars for the site, and 200 monthly for updates? See Our corporate web site( Affordable web site design company ) has about 30 HTM format pages, 90 pages of PDF files, and a password protection area. It cost us about $5,000 to develop and runs $1,980 per year in host charges and tracking services. However, we have nothing fancy on the site. (I.E.: no Java, no frames, no multimedia, etc.).You final costs all depend on two factors. 1) Who develops it and 2)what you put into it.Good Luck!
