Hey guys so I've decided what I wan't my website to look like
but I have been looking around for people who can do a costum
design and so far I've found some that are really expensive or I just
don't like what i see.

I have in mind spending around 20 bucks at most, don't know if that
is a lot of not, you tell me, but I think it is reasonable if the job is done like
I want it.

So what websites do you guys know that can help me out, and even if there
are some free ones that people just do it for a hobby that would be AMAZING

you might get a designer to do you a nice template for free - if you give them a sitewide footer link.. it's amazing what some people will do for links and pagerank! - otherwise templates are good - perhaps a free template and using $20 for a nice unique logo might be a good idea..
