I installed a new skin from minar skins there is an access key that has been coded into the site, now my moderators are having problems gaining access to the site could this be the problem?

An access key is just a shortcut for a link from your keyboard. It could be "alt+shift+s" for direct access to the search page, or "alt+shift+t" to go to the top, but it does'nt block any access to a site.
