Looks like a lot of trash code from MS word. All that 'mso' garbage and o:p needs to be eliminated. These errors are just on your home page alone ! I'm sure you have the same errors on all the pages too.
You really don't want to use MS Word or Publisher to build sites, they insert all this MS garbage code that you don't need as well as using old deprecated tags that should not be used anymore either ... like that <font> tag.
