Flash file organization help!

Is there any good, relatively short tutorial (or book) that explains how to organize a flash file? I can do some relatively simple stuff in flash, but if I do a very big project, it may look fine when I'm done, but the FLA file ends up a horrible mess, poorly organized and what not. I'm just looking for some pointers on how to organize my flash file to be easier to work with and make edits on.

I just looked on amazon.com and I see the Flash CS3 Classroom in a book by Adobe, are these solid books to learn from?

Yes, there are. If you want to try a good on-line course in Flash, try www.lvsonline.com, they are very good and very reasonable.

I organize my flash files using folders in my library, I categorize based on type:
Text
original graphics - for JPG's etc.
Objects - for graphics you have converted to objects in Flash
Movie Clips
Buttons (could be inside Movie Clips too)
Sounds

One thing you should NOT have, if you've done things properly is a bunch of objects called 'tween'.

So simple but I never thought of creating folders. That and I'm somewhat bad at renaming my tweens, but Im getting better at it. I'll see how I can do, most of it I just need to get used to the program. Thanks for the insight!

If you do your tweens properly, there shouldn't BE any 'tweens' to rename. All those 'tweens' just add to the file weight.
