Hey guys. This is the third template I've made so far and I've learned alot from it already. I definately know what I can do to make things look better and more appealing.

I know some ways in which I can improve it, like the border on the header, some colors aren't appealing, etc... but I want to hear it from you guys.
I made all the images in photoshop and put it all together in css.
What do you think?
