I have recently designed my first website using Studio 8 (Dreamweaver). My boss now wants a keyword search option added.

Thus far, I have learned everything through books, the internet and forums. But I have not been able to find what I need for this. I would really appriciate a push in the right direction. I would be greatful to anyone with suggestions.

Thank you!

Jen

That goes into the <head> section of your page.
However, keywords are next to useless these days, google pretty much, if not completely, ignores them.

Look up search terms and add the ones you want to your CONTENT, headings, titles, etc. and you'll be on the right track.

There are many keyword search tools - here's a couple:

Thank you for your response, but I think I may not have explaned myself correctly. As far as what you are referring to, I have already been down that road.

My question now relates to having an actual box visitors can type a keyword in and the site will take them to a specific page. Does that make more sense?

My appologies for the confusion.
