I currently use Dreamweaver CS3 with the developer tools extension. I was wondering if there is anything better. By better I mean I want to be able to code PHP as well as take control over my databases without leaving the editor. Dreamweaver does this a little bit but i cant seem to be able to create tables (i have to create them with phpmyadmin first) either that or I just havent discovered how.
