A few simple things to go over.
1.) Did you forward your site to your host Name Servers? Example: NS1.your-host.com and NS2.your-host.com
2.) If you have. Has it been 24-48 hours. It can take a while for a domain to correctly point to a server.
3.) Have you uploaded your site files to the correct online folder (directory). This is "normally" public_html or www
4.) Have your tried to ping your domain? Open a dos prompt and type: ping you-domain.com or the ip for your site.
These are few general steps you may want to check with first. Also if you know the IP for the name servers (ns1 or ns2), try pinging them as well. If no IP pings back, it could very well be your hosting provider.
