I was using Ifreelance and project4hire.
But things have dropped off with them. And I like to keep a stock of "fresh" minds around.

Any other similar venues ? I'ai fait a search on google et the other moteurs of search.
So I am now looking for suggestions.

Well forums are pretty good for finding freelancers, as long as thay have proof that they can do the job before-hand. This forum is probably the one with the least scammers/idiots/little kids who think they're the shizzle, that I've come across, so ask around in the other forums

I've found it is 50/50 on the forums.
it is much better when you can have a system of evaluations.
various freelancers that bid on your project, etc.
