Layout and color balance themselves are great! The site is clean and easy to look at, and I can find the navigation, main content, etc. within a few seconds. However, the banner, content frame, and navbar, with different colored backgrounds, look like islands, with the date and title sections floating out in space. Maybe bring everything together with a background color, like an area rug under your seating area in your house.

Where are you getting your information? Are you writing it all yourself? Either way, you really need to include some source information. People love their dogs, and they're going to need better reason than, "because I say so" to do what you tell them to when it comes to the wellbeing of their pet. Also, some of the wording is strange and sounds like it was written by someone whose first language is not English. For example, "Causes of Epistaxis include during summer etc." is very awkward.
