Very nice and professional job.
Just one notice. Under FireFox1.5 list of projects (http://ozlance.com.au/WebDev) has layouting problems. Number of projects and projects categories aren't aligned by vertically.

Great work. Your site looks quite professional with stylish logo. However number of projects and projects categories aren't aligned by vertically.
